Cleaning programs built for medical environments, not generic janitorial routes.
Medical facilities need a reliable cleaning program that supports patient confidence, staff workflow, professional appearance, and consistency across treatment areas, waiting rooms, restrooms, and administrative spaces.
Medical outpatient facilities present a different cleaning challenge than standard commercial environments. High patient turnover creates faster surface recontamination cycles in waiting rooms, exam rooms, restrooms, and touchpoints.
Facility-specific cleaning scope
Cleaning tasks are aligned with how your practice, clinic, or medical office actually operates.
Recurring and periodic services
Daily cleaning supported by deep cleaning, floor care, disinfecting, carpet cleaning, and medical equipment cleaning.
Quality managed, not assumed
CleanProof provides the operating model for planning, accountability, inspection, communication, and improvement, backed by environmental services standards and comprehensive training, including regular infection-control training for staff.

Services used in medical facilities
Cleaning services commonly delivered in medical facilities
Medical Facilities is the facility type. The services below are Craddock’s comprehensive cleaning services for medical facilities, built as healthcare cleaning services around each site’s infection-control needs and cleaning standards.
Service mix: Craddock’s combines these programs as customized services based on each location’s scope and standards.
Daily Janitorial Services
Recurring cleaning for waiting rooms, restrooms, exam areas, staff areas, trash removal, surfaces, and touchpoints. Daily work follows healthcare cleaning standards, including moving from cleaner areas to dirtier areas to prevent cross contamination. Crews use verified hospital grade disinfectants with color-coded microfiber cloths and mops to support thorough cleaning and reduce transfer between areas.
Medical Equipment Cleaning
Cleaning for non-critical medical equipment exteriors and patient-contact equipment that does not require regulated reprocessing: wheels, casters, frames, and contact surfaces. This service covers non-critical items only and does not include high-level disinfection for specialized equipment used in critical care areas.
Disinfection services
EPA-registered disinfectants applied per label requirements, including required contact times. Where appropriate to the facility scope, our disinfection services may use electrostatic application to effectively cover hard-to-reach surfaces. Covers high-risk surfaces identified in the facility’s cleaning scope.
High-Touch Surface Disinfection
Scheduled disinfection of door handles, light switches, counters, chairs, and other high touch surfaces in waiting rooms, nurses stations, and exam rooms, including bed rails and call buttons.
Terminal / Turnover Cleaning
Thorough end-of-day or between-use meticulous cleaning and disinfection of exam rooms and treatment areas. Distinct from daily janitorial cleaning, performed on a scheduled or as-needed basis.
Floor Cleaning
Maintenance for hard floors, tile, resilient flooring, and other surfaces common in medical offices and clinics.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Carpet maintenance for waiting rooms, administrative areas, and common spaces: extraction, spot treatment, and odor control.
Deep Cleaning
Periodic cleaning for areas that require more detailed attention beyond the regular cleaning schedule, with specialized cleaning for spaces that need more detailed work.
Window Cleaning
Interior and accessible exterior glass cleaning for waiting rooms, office partitions, and medical office building entrances.
Day Porter Services
Daytime cleaning support for restrooms, lobbies, waiting areas, spill response, consumables, and public areas. Porter support also helps maintain a welcoming environment in lobbies and waiting areas during patient hours.
