Terms and Conditions

Craddock’s Cleaning Services provides terms and conditions to all customers to ensure quality care and understanding of services provided. We look forward to taking care of your cleaning needs.

I. Our Services:
A. Commitments
Visits vary between one or eight hours long, depending on the needs of your residential or commercial premise. Craddock’s cleaners will:

Give you a set time for your cleaning, with a one-hour variance to allow for traffic or road conditions
Provide cleaning products and tools, except as agreed upon according to your preferences
Make suggestions with regard to cleaning products and procedures to ensure prompt and thorough cleaning
Maintain clients keys and codes in a safe environment to maintain confidentiality between provider and client

II. Payment for Services Rendered
Craddocks Cleaning Services gladly accepts payments via cash, check, Paypal(credit card/debit)Venmo and Cash App. All transactions must include tax as Craddocks Cleaning Services is a registered business with the state of Texas. Once services are rendered, all payments are due upon receipt. Any late payments will incur a late charge of $20 per day including the agreed price of the overall cleanings until payment is paid in its entirety. Should a check be returned for any reason, a $35 return check fee will be accessed and will incur late fee penalties of $20 per day until proper payment arrangements have been made. In the event a payment arrangement was made and an invoice was sent, Craddocks Cleaning Services may charge a late fee for any amounts which are not paid when due. Customers shall also be responsible for all costs of collection (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) to collect overdue amounts.

III. Appointments Bookings
Bookings are based on availability. Same day appointments are accepted but will incur a $10 upcharge which will be included in the quote. In the event you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment please give us 24 hour notice.

B. Quotes
All cleanings will be quoted based on minimum prices; however prices are subject to change based off of the overall scope of the project. Most quotes are given over the phone or email, therefore an in-home assessment will be done prior to or day of to ensure that full understanding of pricing is in accordance to needs and wants of client. Additional services will not be included in cleanings as a favor or gesture; all services will be priced in agreement with pricing disclosed prior to cleaning.

C. Timing
Craddock’s Cleaning Services will make sure we are on time to each cleaning appointment, if we are behind schedule we will contact you prior to the appointment to give you our whereabouts and estimated time of arrival. We will clean for the scheduled amount of time quoted and beyond($45 per hour after) to do the job right. If a customer is running a late to an appointment. We ask that they please inform us of their whereabouts. Due to time constraints, we cannot go past the time slot allotted for the appointment, as booking are set to ensure on time arrivals and customer satisfaction.

IV. Client Responsibilities
Craddocks Cleaning Services prides ourselves in giving superior service to our clients. To ensure optimal service is provided, we do ask that all areas are picked up or furniture moved prior to cleaning and placed in an area of your home that does not interfere with the cleaners path. Ideal areas are closets, laundry room areas and garages unless these areas are asked to be cleaned. We do not move valuables, sentimental pieces or furniture unless asked. Craddocks Cleaning Services is not responsible or liable for damages due to customers request to move these objects. We clean around these areas to protect your valuables and avoid issue. If you would like the underside of your belongings to be cleaned, please move these objects or give permission to move these object with understanding that accidents can happen. We do use 2 step ladders and extension dusters to clean high areas, but if it cannot be reached please keep in mind the safety of the cleaners at your home and also keep in mind that dust does tend to settle after cleaning. If you are having issues with dust, please change air filters or get air duct cleaning cleaned with a company that specializes in those areas.

V. Satisfaction Guaranteed
We go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your cleaning service. After cleaning customer will be asked to review home and notify us immediately if there are any areas that need to be addressed. We ask clients on site to assess the premise to ensure everything is done properly while we are there to reduce of the risk of dissatisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us via phone within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
